Weekly Shopify Group Posting

I run a Shopify store that uses a dedicated tag to pull out a selection of items I want showcased beyond my existing audience. Each week I’ll send you the current tagged products and my pre-approved set of Facebook groups—these are active shopping communities that don’t overlap with my own customer base.
Your job is straightforward: once a week, create a short, punchy post for products in that tag and publish it to each group on the list. Groups are confirmed selling groups that are open for boutiques to post in.
You will then comment with all products available, including a photo of the item and the sizes available. The post should include our shop name, a collage of some items available to intrigue interest and information about our shipping cost and shipping times.
Another important part: sending out invoices and tagging people with a link to their invoices and keeping up with non payers.
I’ll provide:
• The tag name inside Shopify so you can pull the correct products.
- your own access to our Shopify account so you can send invoices to people.
• The master list of groups and any group-specific rules you need to follow
What I need from you after each round of posting:
• Confirmation that every item went live in every group (screenshots or post links are fine)
• A quick recap noting any groups that blocked, flagged, or required revisions so we can stay compliant
Consistency and reliability are key here - I want the schedule hit every week without fail. It doesn’t have to be the same time every week but it must be done every week. If you have your own Facebook profile you can use, even better, just let me know what you like to use.
