Weekly Purchase Invoice Entry

I need a reliable pair of hands to enter my purchase invoices into Tally every week. All invoices arrive to me as organised digital PDF files, so there is no scanning or deciphering handwritten notes—just accurate transcription of the information into Tally (ERP / Prime).

Each week you will receive a folder of that week’s invoices and the cut-off date by which everything must be reflected in the books. After you finish, I expect the purchase ledger to show every invoice with the correct supplier name, date, invoice number, item values, GST or other taxes, and the total payable. A quick exported purchase register confirming the totals will serve as the hand-off so I can reconcile payments on my side.

Accuracy is more important than speed, but the entries must be in by the agreed weekly deadline. If you spot discrepancies while entering (missing tax splits, duplicate invoice numbers, etc.) flag them so we can resolve them before month-end.

Experience with Tally and a strong eye for detail will be key. If you already use keyboard shortcuts or import utilities within Tally to speed things up, let me know—anything that keeps the process clean and consistent is a plus.
