I need a concise, 1–2-page narrative that captures the key points covered in my Week 1 conversation with the instructor. Please present it as a continuous text summary—no bullet lists or section headings—so it reads smoothly from start to finish.

Focus exclusively on the main ideas we explored, leaving out ancillary details such as extended Q&A or the instructor’s personal viewpoints unless they directly reinforce those key ideas.
