Wedding Venue Canva Floorplans

I want to build a library of Canva-based floor-plan templates that I can hand to every couple who books our reception hall. Each template must be fully editable in Canva so that my team—or the couple themselves—can drag, drop and duplicate elements without starting from scratch.

Scope
• Produce a suite of floorplans that covers seating arrangements, dance-floor and stage positioning, and overall décor placement.
• Go beyond those basics by adding any other practical overlays a couple might ask for—buffet and catering stations, bar locations, photo-booth spots, lighting plots, sweetheart table options, entrance/exit flows, and similar variations.
• Offer multiple guest-count versions (for example 100, 150, 200+), always keeping the building’s real dimensions in proportion so staff can measure at a glance.

What you’ll work with
I will supply the hall’s dimensions, fire-exit requirements, brand colors and logo assets. You may draw your own icons or use Canva’s native elements, as long as everything remains 100 % editable.

Deliverables
1. A Canva share-link containing all templates, each on its own page, clearly named and grouped in a folder.
2. A PDF export of the entire set for quick reference.
3. A short Loom (or similar) walkthrough showing how to duplicate and modify a template.

Acceptance criteria
• Every layout is to-scale and labeled.
• Key zones—seating, dance floor, stage, bar, catering, etc.—are color-coded and explained in a mini-legend.
• No locked layers; the team must be able to move any element.
• Final files open flawlessly in Canva Free as well as Pro.
