Website & WhatsApp AI Chatbot

I need a production-ready AI chatbot that can sit on my website and connect to WhatsApp. It must read from a blended knowledge base of existing FAQs, live website text, and several in-house documents (PDF, Word, etc.). When the bot cannot locate a direct match it should surface a few related answers and politely invite the user to rephrase, never passing the question to a human or ending with “no idea”.

Core flow
• Retrieval-augmented pipeline so new or edited content is indexed quickly.
• English-only understanding and replies.
• Lightweight admin panel where I can upload fresh files, tweak or delete answers, and trigger a re-index—all without touching code.

Technical preferences
I am open on stack as long as the final solution is clean, documented, and self-hostable. Feel free to leverage OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone/Weaviate, or comparable vector stores; WhatsApp Business API or Twilio for chat transport; and a JS/Python backend. Just keep licensing straightforward.

Deliverables
1. Full source code in a private repo.
2. One-click or short CLI setup guide that lets me deploy in staging within minutes.
3. Brief admin manual (PDF or Markdown).
4. A live demo on my domain plus a WhatsApp test number.

Timeline & proof of fit
