Website Text Transfer

I need all of the text from a specified website moved into a clean, well-structured Word document that I can later save as a PDF. Accuracy is crucial—every heading, paragraph, and caption on the site must appear in the document exactly as it does online, with basic formatting (headings differentiated from body text, bullet points kept intact, hyperlinks left in place as plain text). No images are required; this is strictly a text job.

Once finished, deliver the editable .docx file. I’ll handle the final PDF export myself, so make sure the Word file is tidy and ready to go.
