## Website QA Audit, Issue Consolidation & Cost Estimation

I am looking for an experienced **Website QA Tester / Web Developer** to perform a comprehensive review of an existing website and consolidate all identified problems into **one complete, well-organized technical document**.

**Website:** https://app010.smartappszone.com/

I have already identified a number of website issues and will provide those findings to the selected freelancer. Your job will be to **review, verify, organize, and expand upon those findings**, while also thoroughly testing the website to identify any additional problems that may have been missed.

### Scope of Work

You will be responsible for:

1. Reviewing all website issues already identified and provided by me.
2. Testing the website yourself to confirm whether each reported issue can be reproduced.
3. Checking the entire website for **additional bugs, usability problems, technical issues, security concerns, performance problems, mobile/responsive issues, SEO problems, broken functionality, and inconsistencies**.
4. Consolidating everything into **one comprehensive website audit and developer-ready document**.
5. Avoiding duplicate issues by combining related findings where appropriate.
6. Prioritizing the issues so a developer can clearly understand what needs to be fixed first.
7. Providing a realistic **estimated cost to fix each issue**.

### Required Information for EACH Issue

Every issue in the final report must clearly include:

**Issue Name / Title**
A short and specific name describing the problem.

**Issue Description**
Clearly explain what is wrong and what the website should be doing instead.

**Location / Affected Area**
Provide the exact page, section, feature, or URL where the issue occurs.

**Steps to Reproduce**
Provide clear step-by-step instructions so my developer can reproduce the issue.

Example:

1. Open the website.
2. Navigate to the Products page.
3. Select a product.
4. Click "Add to Cart."
5. Proceed to Checkout.
6. Observe the error/problem.

**How to Verify the Issue**
Explain exactly how the developer can confirm that the problem exists.

**Expected Behavior**
Explain what should happen when the feature is functioning correctly.

**Actual Behavior**
Explain what currently happens.

**Device / Browser Tested**
Where applicable, specify the browser, operating system, screen size, or device used during testing.

Examples:
- Chrome Desktop
- Firefox Desktop
- Microsoft Edge
- Android
- iPhone/Safari
- Tablet

**Severity / Priority**

Classify each issue as:

- **Critical** – Prevents purchases, registrations, payments, core website functionality, or creates a serious security/compliance risk.
- **High** – Significantly affects customers, conversions, functionality, or usability.
- **Medium** – Should be corrected but does not completely prevent the website from functioning.
- **Low** – Minor usability, visual, formatting, or cosmetic issue.

**Business / User Impact**
Explain how the problem may affect customers, sales, trust, conversions, SEO, website performance, or business operations.

**Recommended Fix**
Explain what the developer should do to correct the issue.

**Estimated Cost to Fix**
Provide a realistic estimated cost range for fixing the individual issue.

For example:

- Estimated development time: 2–4 hours
- Estimated cost: $50–$100

State the assumptions used when calculating the estimate.

### Additional Website Audit

Do not limit the review to the problems I provide.

You must independently test the website and look for additional issues involving areas such as:

- Homepage
- Navigation
- Registration and login
- Account management
- Password recovery
- Search
- Categories
- Filters
- Product listings
- Product pages
- Shopping cart
- Checkout
- Payment process
- Forms
- Buttons and links
- Error handling
- Mobile responsiveness
- Different screen sizes
- Cross-browser compatibility
- Website speed and performance
- Images and media
- Broken links
- UI/UX
- Accessibility
- SEO
- Metadata
- Sitemap and robots.txt
- Security
- Cookies and sessions
- Forms and validation
- Customer trust signals
- Marketplace functionality
- Pet listings
- Service-provider functionality
- Any other functionality available on the website

### Final Deliverable

The final document must be organized so that I can **send it directly to my developer without having to reorganize or explain the findings**.

Include:

**1. Executive Summary**
- Overall condition of the website
- Number of issues discovered
- Number of Critical, High, Medium, and Low issues
- Most important problems
- Areas requiring immediate attention

**2. Complete Issue Register**
Every issue documented using the structure described above.

**3. Issues Grouped by Website Area**
For example:
- Checkout & Payments
- Products
- User Accounts
- Marketplace
- Mobile
- Performance
- Security
- SEO
- UI/UX

**4. Priority Fix List**
Clearly identify what should be fixed:
- Immediately
- Before launching/promoting the website
- Short term
- Long term

**5. Cost Summary**
Include:
- Estimated cost for each individual issue
- Estimated cost by category
- Estimated total cost to resolve all identified problems

**6. New Issues Discovered**
Clearly distinguish problems discovered during your independent audit from the issues originally provided by me.

### Evidence

Where useful, include:

- Screenshots
- URLs
- Browser/device information
- Error messages
- Console errors
- Network errors
- Performance results
- Supporting evidence explaining why something is considered a problem

Screenshots should be clearly labeled so my developer can match each screenshot to the corresponding issue.

### Important Requirements

I am looking for someone who is **thorough and technically competent**, not someone who will simply run an automated website scanner and submit the results.

Automated tools may be used as part of the audit, but important findings must be **manually reviewed and verified**.

The final report must:

- Be easy for a developer to follow
- Contain reproducible findings
- Avoid duplicate issues
- Separate confirmed problems from assumptions
- Clearly indicate anything that could not be fully tested
- Provide actionable recommendations rather than vague statements
- Provide reasonable development-time and cost estimates
- Prioritize issues according to their impact on customers and the business

### Preferred Experience

Please apply if you have experience with:

- Website QA/testing
- Web development
- E-commerce testing
- Marketplace websites
- Checkout/payment testing
- UI/UX auditing
- Mobile/responsive testing
- Website security reviews
- Technical SEO
- Website performance optimization
- Developer documentation

### When Applying

Please include:

1. Your experience conducting complete website audits.
2. Examples of previous QA or website audit reports, if available.
3. The browsers and devices you will use for testing.
4. The tools you normally use for website testing.
5. How you will identify issues that automated tools may miss.
6. Your estimated price for completing the audit and final report.

**Goal:** I want one comprehensive, developer-ready document that identifies exactly what is wrong with the website, explains how every issue can be reproduced and verified, identifies additional problems I may have missed, prioritizes the required fixes, and gives me a realistic understanding of the cost required to fix the website.
