Website & Logo Design

I’m looking for a designer to professionally develop the visual identity and bilingual corporate website for Engineering Bridge Solutions Co. (EBS)

EBS already has an approved logo concept and color direction. I am not looking to replace the logo or create a completely new identity. The objective is to professionally refine and rebuild the existing logo, establish a complete and consistent brand identity around it, and apply that identity to a modern corporate website.

The overall direction should feel professional, established, engineering-focused, and trustworthy, suitable for a Saudi company operating across engineering, industrial, defense-related, and market-entry services.

1. Logo Refinement & Complete Logo Package

The existing EBS logo will be provided as the starting point.

The designer should professionally redraw/rebuild it to ensure correct geometry, alignment, typography, scalability, and high-resolution output while maintaining the approved concept.

Required versions:
- Primary/master logo
- Horizontal logo
- Stacked/compact logo
- Symbol/icon version
- Favicon
- Full-color version
- Black and white versions
- Versions for light and dark backgrounds

Final deliverables should include AI, SVG, EPS/PDF, PNG and JPG, with fully editable vector source files.

2. Complete EBS Visual Identity

Develop a practical brand system around the approved logo, including:

- Primary and secondary color palette
- HEX, RGB and CMYK specifications
- English and Arabic typography
- Logo clear-space and minimum-size rules
- Correct and incorrect logo usage
- Graphic elements/patterns derived from the EBS identity
- Iconography direction
- Photography/image style
- Corporate layout principles

The identity must work consistently in both Arabic and English, across digital and printed applications.

3. Corporate Stationery & Digital Assets

Please include editable designs for:

- Business card – front and back
- Letterhead
- Email signature
- PowerPoint presentation template
- Company document/cover page
- LinkedIn company profile/cover graphics
- Basic social media templates

Business cards, email signatures and other templates must be fully editable, not supplied only as flattened images.

4. Bilingual Website UI/UX Design – Arabic & English

The EBS website must be designed as a fully bilingual website in Arabic and English.

Both language versions should be considered during the design process rather than simply translating the English website at the end.

The Arabic version must be properly designed for RTL (right-to-left) navigation, layouts, typography and content hierarchy, while the English version should follow the corresponding LTR structure.

Required pages include:

- Homepage
- About EBS
- Services
- Contact
- Reusable internal/content page structure

Each key page should have appropriate desktop and mobile responsive designs.

The website should also include a clear and intuitive Arabic / English language switcher.

The visual direction should be clean, premium and corporate, with a strong engineering character. It should communicate credibility without appearing overly decorative or like a generic consulting website.

The complete website should be designed in Figma and properly structured for developer handoff.

5. Website Design System

A reusable bilingual UI system should be developed, including:

- Arabic and English typography hierarchy
- Website color system
- Buttons and interaction states
- Forms
- Cards
- Navigation
- Spacing system
- Icons
- Reusable components
- RTL and LTR behavior
- Desktop and mobile behavior

The system should allow EBS to add new Arabic and English pages in the future while maintaining the same visual identity.

Final Handover

I expect a complete and professionally organized handover including:

- Editable logo master files
- Full vector logo package
- Brand guidelines
- Editable stationery files
- Editable PowerPoint template
- Complete bilingual Figma website source file
- Arabic RTL and English LTR layouts
- UI/design system and reusable components
- Export-ready website graphics
- Font and typography specifications
- All required digital assets

Please also provide examples of relevant corporate/engineering brand identities and bilingual Arabic/English websites you have previously developed, your proposed timeline, number of revisions included, and total project cost.

The priority is quality, consistency and editability. All final assets must be production-ready and fully editable so EBS can continue using and expanding the identity without depending on flattened or low-resolution files.
