Hiring Telecaller / Business Development Executive for Website Development Client Acquisition
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive to help us acquire new website development clients through direct calls to business owners.
What You Will Do
Call business owners from the leads we provide.
Introduce our website development services.
Understand whether the business needs a new website or wants to improve its online presence.
Handle basic questions and objections professionally.
Identify interested business owners and share their requirements with our team.
Once a client is interested, we will handle the demo, pricing, technical discussion, and project delivery.
What We Offer
30% commission on every successfully converted paid client.
Example: ₹50,000 project = ₹15,000 commission.
$1,000 project = $300 commission.
No commission if there is no successful conversion.
Commission is paid after we receive the client's payment.
No registration fee, security deposit, joining fee, or product purchase required.
We provide targeted business leads for calling.
Requirements
Good communication skills.
Confident speaking with business owners.
Ability to explain services clearly.
Professional and consistent approach.
Telecalling experience is helpful but not mandatory.
You can work with the language you are most comfortable speaking with local business owners.
