I need a partner who can take our established engineering consultancy in the UAE & wider GCC and present it online with the same polish we deliver in the field. The assignment breaks into three tightly-linked workstreams:
1. A complete redesign of our current site―modern, mobile-first, bilingual-ready (English / Arabic) and optimised for fast loading in the region. The new build should be easy for our in-house team to update, so WordPress or a similarly intuitive CMS is preferred.
2. A library of brand-consistent templates (PowerPoint, proposal/tender documents, LinkedIn post graphics) that let every piece of outbound communication look unmistakably “us”.
3. Ongoing, month-by-month SEO and LinkedIn content support aimed specifically at government and public-sector organisations across the GCC. This includes on-page optimisation, backlinks from reputable regional sites, a data-driven content calendar, and performance reports drawn from tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and LinkedIn Analytics.
Key deliverables & milestones
• Week 2 – Wireframes and visual mood boards for the website
• Week 4 – Fully designed responsive pages, copy deck ready for approval
• Week 6 – Site launch plus hand-off guide (video + PDF)
• Week 8 – Finalised brand templates delivered in editable formats
• Monthly – 4–6 LinkedIn posts, keyword tracking, SEO performance report
Success for me means our ideal public-sector visitor lands on the new site or a LinkedIn article, immediately trusts our technical depth, and gets in touch to discuss upcoming projects. If you have a solid portfolio of B2G websites, branding work and demonstrable SEO wins, I’d like to review it and discuss how we can move forward.
