I’m building a startup MVP that lets two users talk instantly over voice on their Android or iPhone. The call is one-to-one, established through WebRTC, and the match is made automatically by the system according to the “mood” each user selects—no contact list, search box, or invite link involved.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Design and code the signalling layer and matching logic (preferably Node.js + WebSocket/Socket.IO, but I’m open to alternatives you trust).
• Integrate TURN/STUN so calls work reliably behind NAT.
• Provide clean, well-documented mobile integration samples for both Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Obj-C) that show registration, mood selection, matchmaking, call setup, and teardown.
• Ship a small admin script or panel that lets me monitor active sessions and basic call stats.
• Produce a short deployment guide so I can spin the whole stack up on my cloud account.

Acceptance criteria
1. Two fresh installs on separate devices can select a mood, be matched by the server, and start a crystal-clear voice call in under five seconds.
2. Audio remains stable for at least 10 minutes on 4G/Wi-Fi without noticeable lag or jitter.
3. All signalling traffic is secured with TLS and media streams are encrypted end-to-end (SRTP).
4. Code passes a quick read by an external reviewer for clarity and proper error handling.

If you’ve already built voice-calling or similar real-time communication features, this should feel familiar. Let’s build something smooth, secure, and ready to grow.
