Web Tender Data Entry

I manage several online tender portals and need an extra pair of hands focused on entering data into Excel sheets. All information will be pulled directly from the specified websites or portals—nothing comes from paper scans or PDFs—so you should be comfortable navigating web pages, copying structured details, and pasting them into a clean spreadsheet format.

The core of the task is straightforward:

• Enter data in Excel exactly as I outline, maintaining column order and formatting.
• Capture three kinds of information from each tender you open: company names with their contact details, all key tender details (title, publication/closing dates, estimated value), and any listed product or service specifications plus prices.

I will supply the list of URLs, the Excel template, and brief field-by-field instructions. Accuracy, consistency in naming conventions, and on-time delivery are more important to me than raw speed. If you catch mismatches or missing data, flag them in a separate column so we can verify together.

Once the first batch is complete and checked, there will be follow-up batches on a rolling basis, so I’m looking for someone who can start quickly and scale as new tenders are released.
