Web & Mobile Inventory Tracker

I need a custom-built stock-tracking application that lets me record incoming stock, log each outgoing movement, and see an accurate closing balance at any moment.

The core will be a web-based system so I can access it from any browser, yet it also has to run smoothly on both iOS and Android phones—either as a fully responsive web app or a wrapped hybrid build.

Key expectations:
• Simple screens to add, edit or remove stock items in real time
• Instant calculation of available and closing quantities after every transaction
• Search and filter functions so I can trace a product’s movement history quickly
• Secure user sign-in with separate roles for admin and regular staff
• Clean summary reports that I can export or print

I’m open to your preferred tech stack, provided the interface stays fast and intuitive. Once finished, please deploy it on my chosen hosting account and supply the complete source code so I can maintain the system going forward.
