Web Developer: Build a Responsive Landing Page from Figma with HubSpot Form & Tracking

We need a single, responsive landing page built from a supplied design (Figma) for a B2B lead-generation campaign.

Scope:
- Build the page pixel-accurate and responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile) from the supplied design
- Embed a HubSpot form, or build a form that submits into HubSpot, so a gated PDF download is delivered on submit
- HubSpot tracking code, UTM parameter capture into hidden form fields, and a thank-you page or state
- LinkedIn Insight Tag and conversion event on form submit
- Basic on-page SEO, fast load times, cookie/consent notice and a cross-browser QA pass
- Hosting: HubSpot landing pages, or a lightweight site on our own domain/subdomain. Please tell us which you recommend and why.
