Hi there,
I am looking for an experienced PCB design engineer to lay out a small, high-power LED strobe controller board and prepare the manufacturing files for JLCPCB Economic PCBA (surface-mount assembly) [1.2].
The design is completely finalized conceptually, and I have attached the Engineering Requirements Document (ERD) and the Final Schematic Pinout Map below to serve as your definitive layout blueprint.
Project Deliverables Required:
Complete schematic and 2-layer PCB layout using EasyEDA (preferred)
Verified BOM (.csv) matched to standard, low-cost components from the JLCPCB parts catalog.
Formatted component placement centroid file (positions.csv).
Production-ready Gerber Fabrication Bundle (.zip) [1.2].
Core Structural Criteria:
Form Factor: Maximum dimensions of 35mm x 25mm if possible. Preferably smaller. 100% single-sided (Top Layer only) SMT placement.
Power Demand: Standard 3.7V LiPo battery input. The main power tracks must be thick polygon fills or 50 mil traces minimum to safely handle a brief 12-Amp peak instantaneous surge load during the strobe flashes.
Component Grouping: Features a single consolidated N-Channel MOSFET (BUK7Y4R8-60E) switching a parallel network of four low-dropout Linear Constant-Current Regulators (AMC7140 or parallel AMC7135 chips) to drive external Cree XM-L3 stars.
RF Isolation: Clear keep-out zone under the ESP32-C3 embedded trace antenna on all layers.
Please review the attached project documentation specifications and let me know your estimated pricing and lead time to deliver the final manufacturing .zip package.
Thank you!
I will provide the ERD and Pinout for your review once we start discussions.
For some reason it won't let me post in this project description.
