Water Accelerator Application Support

Green H2O is finalising our application for the Imagine H2O Accelerator and I want a seasoned advisor to sharpen the business-strategy sections so our value proposition is crystal-clear to reviewers, partners, and investors. The core help I’m after is twofold:

1. Revenue model – stress-test our current pricing logic, identify realistic early-stage revenue streams, and translate that into a concise, compelling story that fits the accelerator’s format.

2. Market-entry strategy – map the quickest, most capital-efficient path to our first commercial pilots, taking account of the regulatory and buyer landscape in the water-treatment and climate-tech space.

Because those sections feed directly into the “Financial Sustainability” questions, I also need full financial projections (3–5 years P&L, cash-flow, and key assumptions) that align with the narrative you craft. All numbers must be robust enough to survive diligence yet simple enough for an application reviewer to grasp at a glance.

You’ll be working with our existing technical brief, lab data, and a rough draft of the application. I’ll provide access to past pitch decks, customer interviews, and cost-of-goods worksheets so you have the raw inputs for modelling.

Deliverables
• Revised revenue-model narrative (≈300 words) tailored to Imagine H2O’s word limits
• Go-to-market roadmap (first 24 months, major milestones only)
• Excel or Google-Sheets financial model with editable assumptions and summary graphs ready for copy-paste into the application
• One round of revisions after my internal review

I’m aiming to submit the application in two weeks, so an initial draft within seven days is ideal. Experience mentoring or judging at water-innovation accelerators—and fluency with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and optionally PitchBook or Crunchbase for benchmarking—will be highly valued.
