Watch-Linked Android Auto Reset

I need an Android service that hardens my phones and tablets by tying their safety to a Samsung Watch.

Core workflow
• While the watch is paired and within 50 m (GPS), the device behaves normally.
• If the watch travels beyond that radius, a countdown starts (length to be parameterised in settings). When the timer expires, the handset performs a full factory reset.
• The same timer-then-reset sequence is triggered whenever the watch is powered off or its Bluetooth connection is deliberately severed.
• A unique, user-set PIN must be entered on the system lock screen to cancel the reset once it has begun. No PIN, no mercy—reset proceeds.

Technical notes
• Must run on Android 10 and above without root.
• Should recognise any Samsung Watch that exposes standard Bluetooth LE/Galaxy Wearable APIs—no model restrictions.
• Background service must survive reboots, battery-optimisation kills and Doze.
• Reset must use the official Android Device Policy / Device Admin (or newer Device Owner) call so it cannot be blocked by factory UX.
• Settings screen required for radius, countdown length, and PIN management.
• Clean, well-commented Kotlin or Java code, ready for Play store review.

Deliverables
1. Signed APK + source project
2. Brief README covering setup, permissions, and how to grant device-admin / owner privileges
3. One-page test report proving:
– distance trigger,
– watch-off trigger,
– PIN cancellation,
– successful wipe on fail.
