I have a complete set of house plans for a new build in Auburn, Washington, and the city will not move my permit forward until a Washington-licensed structural engineer reviews the footing / rebar details and adds an official stamp. The foundation drawings are already finished; no redesign is expected—just your professional check that they meet current IBC/IRC and local code, followed by your stamp of approval.

You will receive a PDF containing the entire plan set, including the foundation sheets with all rebar schedules and call-outs. After your review, I need the stamped sheets returned as a signed PDF (and a wet-signed copy if the jurisdiction ultimately asks for it).

Key points
• Washington State PE (structural) license required—Auburn/King County must accept your stamp.
• Fast turnaround is appreciated; 3–5 business days would keep my timeline on track.
• If you spot minor issues, mark them up and include the corrected, stamped pages so I can submit a clean package.

Deliverables
1. Reviewed foundation/footing drawings with your PE stamp (PDF).
2. Brief cover letter or note confirming compliance with applicable Washington and Auburn codes, if the permit office requests it.

Please let me know your availability and any additional information you might need to finalize the stamp.
