• Scaled furniture plan with exact dimensions for sofa, media wall, dining set, storage, and accent pieces—everything is new, nothing to reuse.
• Guidance on finishes (flooring, wall treatments, ceiling design) and a concise shopping/specification list I can hand straight to vendors.

Acceptance is simple: once the renders match the agreed concept, the plan reads clearly at scale, and I have a consolidated spec sheet I can execute locally, the job is done.
