Warm Facade 3D Visualization

I have a modern house design that needs a compelling 3-dimensional visualization of its front exterior. The look I’m after combines clean contemporary lines with warm natural materials, specifically showcasing natural stone across the main wall surface.

You will receive my architectural elevations, reference photos, and dimensions; from there I’d like you to build the scene and produce photorealistic still renders that communicate texture, depth, and realistic daylight. Please apply stone in a way that feels inviting rather than rustic—think precise joints, subtle variation in tone, and balanced lighting.

Preferred toolsets include SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, or Blender with Cycles—use whichever will give us crisp, believable results. A short turnaround is ideal, and I’m happy to hop on a quick call to pin down any missing details before you get started.

Deliverables:
• 2–3 high-resolution JPEG or PNG renders (daytime and golden-hour angles)
• The original, well-organized 3D file for future edits
• A brief note on material libraries or texture sources used so I can replicate the look later
