I need my Walmart Seller Center tuned so every fulfillment detail runs smoothly from the moment an order drops in. The immediate priorities are:
• Shipping methods and delivery options – I want the matrix tight and accurate so promised dates are realistic and late-shipment defects stay at zero.
• Handling time and order-processing rules – SKUs vary, so buffer times must reflect real pick-pack speed without hurting buy-box eligibility.
• Return rules and labels – different categories need different return paths. For example, apparel can get a free label, while bulky items may follow a “customer pays unless defective” rule. The system has to generate the correct label automatically and stay compliant with Walmart’s policy.
Whether the store is brand-new or already live, the end goal is identical: every setting should be populated, tested, and documented so I can scale without revisiting these controls again.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Fully configured Shipping, Returns, and Fulfillment settings inside Seller Center.
2. Short walkthrough or Loom video explaining the rationale behind each toggle and where to adjust later.
3. A one-page reference sheet listing: carrier mappings, handling SLAs, return rule breakdown by product type, and any Walmart policy constraints I must keep an eye on.
Experience with the recent Seller Center UI and knowledge of Walmart performance metrics is essential; tools like Deliverr, ShipStation, or similar 3PL dashboards are a plus but not required if you can show another effective workflow.
If you can get everything dialed in, let’s talk timeline and milestones so we can push this live quickly.
