I’m creating an immersive VR experience that helps students who struggle with depression by letting them “visit” an unfamiliar school and quietly absorb its atmosphere. Rather than a game, this is a guided simulation: the user will simply walk the halls, step into classrooms, watch extracurricular activities unfold and, when they choose, strike up low-pressure conversations with virtual classmates and teachers. The goal is to let the learner feel present, safe and curious—offering a change of scene that encourages reflection and lifts mood.

I need a developer-designer team (or a talented individual) who can:

• Build a fully explorable school campus—classrooms, library, cafeteria, gym and outdoor areas—optimised for smooth VR performance.
• Populate the space with believable NPC students and staff who deliver short, supportive dialogue or ambient chatter, all triggered naturally as the user approaches.
• Layer in optional extracurricular “stations” (art corner, music room, sports court, etc.) that the user can observe or lightly interact with to discover uplifting stories.
• Use lighting, spatial audio and gentle haptic cues to guide attention and promote relaxation without breaking immersion.
• Package the experience for a mainstream standalone headset (Oculus/Meta Quest preferred, but I’m open to your suggestiions)

If this sounds like the kind of meaningful project you enjoy, let’s talk milestones and timelines.
