VPS Redirect for Identity Verification

I need a lean VPS-hosted service that turns a simple link sent by my bot into a full social-login identity check. When the user clicks the link, the server must instantly forward them to the chosen provider—Telegram in this first release—let them authenticate on their phone or computer, then catch the callback and confirm the result back to my bot.
Scope of work
• Provision and secure a VPS (Ubuntu or Debian is fine), set up HTTPS and a reverse proxy.
• Build a small service (Node.js, Python, or similar) that generates the redirect, stores the state, and handles the OAuth2 flow with Telegram.
• On successful or failed authentication, send a concise JSON payload to my bot’s webhook so it can react in real time.
• Provide a short README or shell script so I can redeploy the stack quickly.
Acceptance criteria
I will test by clicking the link from my bot, completing Telegram login, and receiving an immediate “verified” (or “rejected”) message back in the chat without manual refresh.
Future flexibility to add Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn later is a bonus, but Telegram support is the mandatory first milestone.
