Voice Stories to Illustrated Videos

I have a collection of recorded stories that I’m ready to share on YouTube, but they still need a visual layer. Your task is to take each voice-over track and turn it into a clean, engaging video that relies on free-to-use illustrations and stock footage rather than complex animation.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Match the pacing of my narration with a carefully curated sequence of royalty-free illustrations or vector artwork.
• Add light movement—simple pans, zooms, or subtle transitions—to keep the visuals dynamic without overshadowing the story.
• Include minimal on-screen text when it helps the viewer follow along (chapter titles, occasional emphasis words, etc.).
• Sync everything with my audio so cuts feel natural and the visuals reinforce key moments.
• Deliver each finished video in a YouTube-ready MP4 along with the editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you use).

Also time limit is not the biggest factor but I'd like to know how long every video takes to deliver. Stories are about 5 minutes long.

My budget is low since I'm only starting and I only ask for something simple. Thank you
