Virtual Assitant- Address Verification

I have a set of locations that must be confirmed in person and visually documented. For every address I send you, I need two things executed on the same visit: first, verify that the street address matches what I provide; second, capture clear exterior photographs of the building. The photographs should show the full façade, any visible signage, and a wide-angle view that establishes surrounding context.

Your deliverable for each site will be:
• a brief note confirming the exact street address, including any discrepancies you notice
• 3–5 high-resolution exterior shots in JPG or PNG

A smartphone with a quality camera is fine as long as the images are sharp and geotagging is enabled. Please rename each image with the address so there’s no confusion when I review the files.

Most of the addresses are within the same general area, so you can plan an efficient route. Once you finish a batch, upload the photos and notes to the shared folder I’ll provide and alert me so I can approve them before we move on.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable traveling locally to verify addresses and photograph buildings, this should be a straightforward, repeatable assignment.
