Virtual Assistant - Procurement Support

Are you a motivated and fast learner who enjoys online research, finding great deals, and communicating with suppliers? We’re looking for motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our online retail business with supplier research and procurement activities!

What You’ll Do:
Search for potential suppliers and products online
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals
Support other procurement-related tasks

What We’re Looking For:
Proficient in both English and Chinese
20-40 years old
Must be based outside China
Available to work during daytime working hours (SGT) and able to commit at least 4 hours per day
Must not be a student or currently working in a full-time position
Comfortable working independently as a freelancer in a fully remote environment
Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Mail (Gmail), and other work application

Good to Have:
Experience in Buyer or Procurement

Fresher are welcome! If you don’t have procurement experience but are eager to learn and have strong research and communication skill, we’d still love to hear from you.
