Virtual Assistant for Housing Outreach

Job Description:We are a growing coliving and structured shared housing operator in Dallas, Texas. We provide clean, safe, and fully furnished housing solutions for individuals navigating life transitions, including veterans, reentry individuals, and those transitioning out of homelessness.We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us fill our available beds by building partnerships with local nonprofits, case managers, and government housing agencies.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Database Building: Search for and build a clean database of Dallas-based case managers, veteran service organizations (e.g., HVSD, Dallas LIFE), reentry programs (e.g., Unlocking Doors), and local nonprofits.Cold Email & Phone Outreach: Use our proven templates to conduct daily outreach to housing coordinators, introducing our properties and getting us added to their "approved housing provider" lists.Inbound Lead Intake: Answer initial inquiries from agencies or potential residents, screen them based on our property guidelines, and schedule intake calls for management.Document Management: Assist in sending property flyers, organizing background check consents, and maintaining resident records.Required Skills & Experience:Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a Virtual Asssitant, knowledge of Independant co-living business and Lead Generation Specialist. (Experience dealing with Section 8, HUD-VASH vouchers, or social services is a huge plus).Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English. Must be comfortable making cold/warm outbound calls to professional organizations.Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), CRM software, and communication tools (Slack, RingCentral, or similar VoIP).Traits: Empathetic yet firm boundary-setter, highly organized, and self-motivated.Project Details:Job Type: Freelance / Part-time (08–10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow).Location: Remote.Time Zone: Must be able to work at least partially during US Central Standard Time (CST) business hours for making phone calls.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your experience in real estate or outreach.
