Virtual Assistant Email and Research Support

I need a detail-oriented assistant who can jump in for a handful of light but recurring duties. First, you will keep my inbox tidy—sorting, labelling, and flagging priority messages, then drafting quick replies I can approve before they go out.

Second, I rely on steady online research for content gathering. You’ll scour the web for blog posts, articles, and multimedia aligned with topics I provide, capture the source links, and drop concise summaries into our shared Google Sheet. Accuracy matters, so double-checking links and attribution is a must.

All findings should be entered directly into the sheet in real time so I can review progress at a glance. If you already work comfortably in Gmail, Google Workspace, or similar tools, that’s perfect. Quick turn-around during business hours is preferred; most tasks will take an hour or two per day.

Deliverable:
• Clean, organised inbox with drafted replies ready for my review
• Updated Google Sheet containing freshly gathered content links, short summaries, and correct source details
