This role requires someone who can write clear, engaging B2B content across multiple formats including local city industry roundups, email newsletters, directory descriptions, and blog posts.

### Core Responsibilities:
1. Newsletter Content: Draft short weekly local market summaries, business spotlights, and local commercial news roundups.
2. SEO Directory Descriptions: Write compelling, error-free descriptions and FAQs for local business profiles across targeted verticals (Med Spas, Home Services, Senior Care, Personal Services, Real Estate).
3. Blog & Editorial Articles: Draft local business guides (e.g., "Top Rated Med Spas in Miami, FL" or "Home Improvement Trends").
4. Formatting & Proofreading: Ensure content is formatted properly for CMS entry with meta descriptions, headings (H2/H3), and clean call-to-actions.

### Requirements & Skills:
- Fluent / Native-level English writing and grammar.
- Proven experience in B2B copywriting, local SEO, or digital marketing.
- Ability to follow structured templates and guidelines efficiently.
- Experience writing for local service industries (Med Spas, Home Services, Real Estate) is a major plus.
- High attention to detail and reliable turnaround times.

### Hiring Process / Paid Test:
To ensure a great fit, shortlisted candidates will be given a small paid trial task (e.g., writing 1 short newsletter draft or 2 sample city business spotlights).
Please include 2–3 links to previous writing samples (preferably B2B, newsletters, or blog content) in your application.
