The property I need help with is a narrow 15 ft × 60 ft village plot. My father will be the main decision-maker on site, so I need an architect or house designer who can physically visit him in South Delhi, chat with him in Hindi, and translate his ideas into clear layout options.
His brief is straightforward: keep the design simple and maximise open space inside the house. He’s less concerned with ornate traditional or stark modern touches, what he really wants is an airy, uncluttered feel that suits daily village life. Because he’s elderly, patience and good listening skills are essential; the discussions may take a little longer, and sketches should evolve with his feedback.
Scope of work
• Meet my father in South Delhi
• Produce 2–3 alternative layout concepts, hand sketches (preferable) or basic CAD floor plans are fine at this stage.
• Review the options with him, note what he likes, and develop one preferred plan to a clearer schematic level.
I’m aiming to move quickly, so availability to start ASAP is important. If you are comfortable visiting South Delhi, conversing in Hindi, and turning ideas into practical, open-plan house layouts, I’d love to hear how soon you can schedule the first meeting and your expected turnaround on the initial sketches.
