Villa Renovation BOQ Takeoff

I have a full set of AutoCAD and PDF drawings for a UAE villa renovation and I need a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to translate them into a comprehensive, editable Excel BOQ. The scope covers every discipline—Architectural & Finishing, MEP, and the Structural/Civil elements tied to new extension areas—so your take-off must capture all quantities with crystal-clear item descriptions, units, and totals.

You will receive:
• Clean AutoCAD (.dwg) files and matching PDF sheets
• Notes highlighting the new-build versus refurbishment zones

What I expect back:
• One professionally structured Excel workbook, sectioned by trade, ready for pricing
• Logical item coding, concise descriptions, and separate measurement sheets (if you prefer a linked tab workflow)
• Quantities checked for consistency across drawings and disciplines
• A short cover page summarising assumptions, clarifications, and any exclusions

UAE or wider GCC project experience is strongly preferred, as familiarity with local methods of measurement will shave valuable time off clarifications, but I remain open if your portfolio shows comparable villa work elsewhere.
