Villa Interior Finishing BOQ Creation

I need a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to turn my completed architectural and interior drawings for a private villa into a clear, editable Bill of Quantities focused purely on finishing works. Your schedule of rates must follow our local standards and give a moderate level of detail for every line item—enough for contractors to price confidently without becoming unwieldy.

Scope of measurement
• Floors, walls and ceilings (all finish layers)
• Decorative paints, textures and specialised coatings
• Joinery, built-in wardrobes and the full kitchen package
• Doors, frames, ironmongery and associated finishes
• Sanitary accessories and internal metal or glass features
• Any other interior finish called up on the drawings

Deliverable
• Excel workbook built on a custom template you design, complete with descriptions, units of measurement and calculated quantities for each element above. The file must remain fully editable so we can adjust rates later.
