I am looking for a Ecommerce Company in Vietnam that want to sell their company ( partly sold or fully sold).
Requirement: * D2C brand with an established e-commerce presence, selling through its own website or major marketplaces such as Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo!, etc.
* B2C-only businesses. Businesses primarily focused on B2B are outside the scope.
Target Revenue: ~USD 700K – 35M
Ownership Preference: Majority ownership of 51–100% preferred
Minority Structure: Can be considered if there is a clear path toward majority ownership (e.g., 45% initially, increasing to 70% after 5 years)
