Video Tagging for Content Categorization

I have a library of more than 50 videos that need clear, consistent tags so they slot neatly into the right categories inside our platform. The sole focus is content categorization—search ranking, marketing hooks, and engagement metrics are not the objective this time.

Here is what I need from you:
• Watch each video in full and assign accurate, descriptive tags that reflect its core subject matter and any sub-topics.
• Enter those tags directly into the metadata field of our content management system (you’ll receive login details and a brief walkthrough once we start).
• Keep a simple tracking sheet of the tags you apply so I can review them at a glance.

Preferred experience includes prior tagging work in YouTube Studio, Vimeo, Brightcove, or a similar CMS, plus an eye for consistent taxonomy. If you already have your own workflow or tagging tools, feel free to use them—just make sure the final tags are pasted into our system.

Turnaround is flexible, but I’d like steady progress updates, roughly in batches of ten videos, so we can confirm the tagging approach early and stay aligned. Accuracy and consistency matter more to me than speed.
