Video eye Biometric Authentication Mobile App

I need a cross-platform mobile app—built once for both iOS and Android—that lets users prove their identity through live video–based face recognition before they can access protected content or features.

Core requirement
The heart of the project is a robust, liveness-aware facial biometric module. When the user opens the app, it should capture a short video, confirm the face is real and present, compare it to the reference template stored on device or in an encrypted backend, then return a pass/fail result in under three seconds. Native BiometricPrompt/Face ID APIs may be used, or you can bring in computer-vision frameworks such as ML Kit, OpenCV, TensorFlow Lite, or any SDK you trust—accuracy and speed take priority over the specific library.

What I expect to receive
• A fully functioning mobile application that compiles and runs on current iOS and Android versions
• Source code and project files (e.g., Xcode workspace, Android Studio/Flutter/React Native project)
• Setup notes so I can build, run, and, if needed, swap in a different face-recognition engine
• A brief test plan showing the liveness checks you implemented and their success criteria

I will provide design mock-ups, API keys, and any server endpoints once development begins.
