**Looking for a Freelance Video Editor / Motion Graphics Editor**

Ajakin Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a talented video editor to help us create a **high-quality 60-second promotional film** for our upcoming real estate technology platform.

This is a **short-term, project-based opportunity**.

### What we're looking for:

* Strong video editing and storytelling skills
* Experience creating polished promotional or brand videos
* Ability to work with product footage, screen recordings, UI visuals, stock footage, music and motion graphics
* Strong sense of pacing, transitions and visual storytelling
* Ability to create a modern, premium and technology-focused look
* Experience with real estate, SaaS, technology or startup videos is a plus

### Project Details:

**Deliverable:** 1 promotional film
**Final Duration:** Approximately 60 seconds
**Fixed Project Budget:** ₹10,000
**Location:** Remote / Mumbai preferred
**Type:** Temporary freelance project

We will provide the **creative direction, storyboard, voiceovers, key messaging, product details, existing footage/screen recordings and other relevant materials**. We are looking for someone who can bring these together into a compelling, professional promotional film for PropertyOTP.
