Vibrant Cardboard Counter Display Design

I need a small, cardboard counter display unit created from scratch, complete with a full tech pack that a printer can take straight to production. The unit must be vibrant and colourful to grab attention at first glance, but it also has to solve three functional challenges:

• Product insert: the inner structure must hold each item perfectly upright, even on a busy till counter.
• Eye-catching header: the top/back panel should act like a mini billboard, clearly explaining the product to first-time shoppers.
• Tester holder: work in a dedicated spot for a tester with the printed prompt “Tester / Twist me open.”

Practicalities matter as much as looks. The design should flat-pack efficiently so retailers can ship or store it with individual units nested inside the outer carton. Please include dielines, material call-outs, print layers, assembly steps, and any suggested finishes or coatings that keep the colours punchy without compromising budget.
