Vibrant 4×8 Mailer Design

I’m commissioning a fresh 4-inch by 8-inch horizontal mailer that introduces my brand to people who haven’t met me yet. The piece must feel clean and modern, but visually pop. bold and colorful is the direction, while still staying true to our established branding palette.

You’ll receive our logo, headline, promotional copy, website, and contact details. Those three elements: logo, promo message, and contact info need to stand out instantly so a first-time reader understands who I am and how to reach me without hunting.

Technical specs are straightforward: work at full bleed with proper safe zones, build in CMYK at print resolution, and supply both a press-ready PDF and an editable source file (AI or PSD). Please outline or package fonts and keep all imagery high-resolution so my print vendor can drop the file straight into production.

Workflow is simple: send me an initial concept, I’ll return concise feedback, and we’ll tighten anything needed before I sign off. Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is preferred. InDesign is fine if that’s your comfort zone as long as the final PDF and packaged files meet the same standards.

Deliverables
• Print-ready CMYK PDF (4″ × 8″ plus bleed) double sided
• Editable layered AI or PSD with fonts outlined/packaged
• One revision cycle after the first draft
