Job Title : Electrical Designer Needed for 3 kW, 415V 3-Phase VFD Panel Design (AutoCAD)

Job Description Overview : looking for an electrical designer to create a complete engineering design for a 3 kW Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) control panel FOR FORWARD AND REVERSE MOVEMENT OF MOTOR . This is a one-time, fixed-price project.

Project Scope : The designer will create the electrical schematics and panel layout based on these precise specifications : Motor Power Rating: 3 kW Input Supply: 415V, 3-Phase, 50HzControl System: Dual control logic. The panel must be operational via local door-mounted pushbuttons/potentiometer AND via a remote terminal/signal interface (Local/Remote selector switch logic required).Braking Requirements: Include a Dynamic Braking Resistor (DBR) circuit in the design for rapid deceleration. VFD Brand: Open/Generic (Designer to select a standard cost-effective industrial brand).Deliverable Format: Source AutoCAD (.DWG) files and a clear PDF package. Required Deliverables : General Arrangement (GA) Drawing: Internal and external panel layout. Electrical Schematics: 3-Phase power circuit, dual-source control logic, and terminal block diagram showing remote connection points. Bill of Materials (BOM): Itemized list with specifications for switchgear, VFD, braking resistor, and pilot devices.Qualifications:Industrial control panel design experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical.Project Budget:Fixed Price: ₹1,500 INR (Non-negotiable).
