Responsibilities

1. Data Entry

Enter and organize information in Google Sheets and Excel.

Collect information through online research.

Update records and maintain accurate data.

Organize documents, lists, and files.

2. Virtual Assistance

Perform general online administrative tasks.

Research websites, tools, and services.

Organize information and prepare simple reports.

Follow instructions and provide progress updates.

3. Website Testing

Test website pages, forms, buttons, and links.

Identify visual issues and basic functionality problems.

Report bugs with screenshots and clear descriptions.

Check website layouts on desktop and mobile devices.

4. Landing Page Design

Create simple, clean, and attractive landing pages.

Edit existing website layouts and templates.

Assist with basic Figma designs and prototypes.

Make pages responsive for desktop and mobile users.

5. WordPress Support

Update website content, images, and pages.

Publish and format blog posts.

Customize existing themes and page layouts.

Perform basic website maintenance.
