Versatile Video Editor & Chat Admin

I’m looking for a single, reliable freelancer who can move smoothly between two core tasks: polishing short-form video content and keeping my brand’s customer chat channels organised and responsive.

On the video side, you’ll receive raw footage along with a rough brief for each piece. Your job is to cut out dead space, tighten pacing, balance audio, drop in light transitions or motion graphics where they truly add value, and deliver a clean, ready-to-publish file. Most clips run two to five minutes, aimed at social media and the occasional website embed, so quick turnaround and an eye for platform-specific ratios are important. Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is fine—as long as the export is crisp and meets the spec I provide, I’m flexible on your toolkit.

Between edits, you’ll hop into our chat dashboard (primarily Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger) to acknowledge new inquiries, route questions to me when needed, tag common issues, and keep the response time under one hour during the agreed shift window. Clear written English and a friendly tone are essential here; you’re the first impression many prospects will get.

Deliverables I expect:
• One fully edited, optimised video per assignment, delivered in the agreed format and resolution.
• A brief activity log at the end of each shift summarising chat interactions and any follow-ups I should handle.
