Versatile Project Management Lead

I’m looking for an experienced project manager who can step in immediately and steer a diverse team toward clear, measurable outcomes. Your core focus will be:

• Team coordination – aligning developers, designers, and stakeholders around realistic timelines and clear communication channels
• Budget management – tracking every cost line-item, forecasting cash-flow, and flagging variances before they threaten delivery
• Risk assessment – identifying issues early, maintaining a live risk register, and presenting mitigation strategies that keep the project on course

You’ll set up or refine lightweight processes (Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid you prefer), run stand-ups and retrospectives, and turn raw updates into concise reports for leadership. I expect weekly progress summaries, a transparent task board (Jira, Trello, or similar), and milestone reviews that show exactly where we stand against scope, budget, and risk.
