Versatile 2D Animation Creation

I’m putting together a short 2D animation and need a skilled animator who can take the idea from rough concept to polished HD video. The piece will live online, so smooth motion, clean edges and strong visual storytelling are a must. I’m flexible on style—anything from playful character work to sleek motion-graphics—as long as the visuals feel fresh and engaging.

Here’s what I’d like delivered:
• Storyboard or animatic for approval
• Original artwork and layered source files (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects, or your preferred tool)
• Final render in 1080p H.264 along with a version optimised for social platforms

Acceptance criteria: the animation runs at the agreed frame rate without dropped frames, all scenes match the approved storyboard, and colours remain consistent across devices.
