I am looking for an experienced professional to complete an Excel-based Vendor Reconciliation project.
The work includes:
• Vendor ledger reconciliation
• Matching invoices, payments and amounts
• Identifying differences and outstanding balances
• Preparing reconciliation statements
• Finding and explaining mismatches such as TDS, credit notes, short payments, GST holds, etc.
• Using Excel formulas such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and Pivot Tables
• Preparing a clear and professional reconciliation report
Experience with SAP vendor accounting and P2P processes will be an added advantage.
The final file should be accurate, well-organized and easy to understand.
