We do not currently have a Veeva Vault or PromoMats sandbox. The consultant must bring an existing, legitimate non-production/demo/training PromoMats environment that its owner permits them to use for this external paid validation project. If you require us to provide a Vault, this project is not a fit.
Please begin your proposal with: "Authorized PromoMats sandbox available: YES/NO", followed by its release/version, enabled capabilities, and the basis of your permission to perform this test. Do not disclose credentials or confidential customer details.
We need an experienced PromoMats administrator/consultant for a small technical validation using synthetic data. You may operate the environment yourself and provide exports/API responses and a screen-share demonstration; direct access or shared credentials are not required. Continued sandbox access after the project is not required for this initial test.
Initial scope:
1. Demonstrate the non-production environment, permission for external testing, and available Claims/Text Assets, references, annotations, claims auto-linking, and Loader/API capabilities.
2. Create a small synthetic fixture: one fictitious product/brand, 5–10 claims, 1–2 reference PDFs with appropriate anchors, and one promotional test PDF containing the claims word-for-word.
3. Export the claims/reference metadata using Vault Loader/CSV and/or the Vault REST API/VQL. Include claim IDs, reference document IDs/versions, and link/anchor information where available.
4. Upload the test promotional PDF, run the supported claims auto-linking process, and observe the results.
5. Return the synthetic files, permitted exports/API responses, and a concise report showing expected versus actual claim links/annotations, configuration limitations, and steps to reproduce.

- Does your bid include the environment use, synthetic fixture, round-trip test, and outputs? State any exclusions.
