Vectorize and Refine Logo

I have attached a logo that was originally built by ai. I did a very bad vectorized version. I need the artwork rebuilt as a clean, fully-scalable vector while preserving every element exactly as it is—no redesigns, no layout changes, just a faithful, sharper reproduction.
The finished file must be delivered in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), organised and editable so I can make future tweaks if needed. Please match the current colours, redraw all curves and text so they sit perfectly on the pixel grid, and ensure the artwork looks flawless at any zoom level. If you can also include an exported PNG or PDF preview for quick reference that would be appreciated, but the .ai file is the priority. The used font is helvetica.
