Vacation Rental Admin & Guest Support

I run a small portfolio of short-term rentals and I’m ready to hand off the online, day-to-day work to a reliable freelancer. The biggest gap I need to fill is Administrative support, with a special focus on reviewing and updating property information. If you have experience in guest communication or listing management as well, that’s a bonus, but the core of the role will be keeping every detail on Airbnb, Vrbo and our internal Google Sheets perfectly accurate.

Here’s what the routine looks like: each day you’ll log in, scan for new reservations, cross-check property details, refresh photos or amenity lists when they change, and flag anything that needs my attention. You’ll also reply to guest questions that come in during your shift—polite, timely and on-brand—then record the exchange so the rest of the team stays in the loop. When a maintenance request pops up you’ll coordinate it with our property management team, escalating only if the issue is urgent or falls outside the standard playbook.

Strong written English, solid computer skills and an eye for detail are essential. A hospitality background helps, but I care more about your ability to follow established processes without missing a beat.
