VA for Facebook Deals Group

**Project Title:** Facebook Deals Group — Setup, Branding & Ongoing Management (VA Needed)

**Project Description:**

I'm launching a niche Facebook deal group (Amazon/Walmart/affiliate product finds) and need a virtual assistant to help set it up and run it going forward.

**Phase 1 — Setup (one-time)**
- Create the Facebook group: cover art, rules, pinned welcome post
- Configure group settings for growth (discoverability, membership questions)
- Build a branded Canva template (colors, fonts, logo placement) for consistent deal post graphics
- Create a posting format/template for deal posts

**Phase 2 — Ongoing (weekly/monthly, ideally long-term)**
- Source 5 to 10 relevant deals daily from Amazon/Walmart
- Design a graphic for each deal using the brand template (aesthetic, cohesive, not generic)
- Draft posts with affiliate links inserted (I provide the links)
- Schedule posts using Facebook's native group scheduler (no third-party bots or auto-posting tools, Meta does not allow API posting to groups)
- Approve new members, moderate comments, remove spam

**Requirements:**
- Experience managing a Facebook group (not just a Facebook Page)
- Strong Canva skills with a clean, aesthetic design style, not generic templates
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, or willingness to follow a simple provided process
- Detail-oriented, especially with links (accuracy matters, wrong links cost money)
- Fast turnaround since deals are time-sensitive
