Our in-house dev team turns out a steady stream of new web builds and redesigns—from revenue-driven e-commerce stores to polished corporate sites and creative portfolios. I need a dedicated UX/UI designer who can slot straight into that flow, shaping each project from first sketch to hand-off.
Here’s how the collaboration will work: you’ll join at the discovery stage, translate requirements into user flows and site maps, move on to low- and high-fidelity wireframes, then polish the final UI in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD. Responsive behaviour, accessibility best practices and smooth developer hand-off are table stakes for every build.
Deliverables for each project
• User journeys, site maps and personas
• Annotated wireframes (mobile-first, then desktop)
• Pixel-perfect UI mock-ups with component libraries
• Clickable prototype to validate interactions
• Final asset package and style guide for the dev team
To gauge fit, I need to see past work that demonstrates your process as well as the finished visuals—live links or case studies are perfect. If you’ve shipped e-commerce checkouts, corporate lead-gen sites AND portfolio-style experiences, you’ll feel right at home here.
We move fast, iterate openly in Slack and Figma, and value designers who can balance fresh ideas with practical constraints. Show me what you’ve built, and let’s craft exceptional web experiences together.
