USDT Transaction Simulator Software

USDT Flash Transaction Simulator
I am looking for a developer who can develop portable USDT Flashing Software in main network (any OS).

The software can perform flash transaction of USDT on almost all networks which will stay on that wallet until it's reverted, i should be able to decide how when the revert should happen

I need a purpose-built USDT Flash Software package that lets me create and run transaction simulations on three networks—Ethereum, Tron and Binance Smart Chain. The core goal is to generate realistic USDT transfers so I can observe how the chains and connected services respond under varying loads.

Essential workflow
• Enter one or many wallet addresses and an amount.
• Launch the simulation and watch the mock transfers propagate in real time.
• Capture logs or export a report so I can review latency, confirmation behaviour and any errors.

I’m open to the underlying tech stack as long as the final tool is stable, easy to operate from a single machine and doesn’t require paid third-party APIs. Source code, a short build/run guide and a brief user manual should be included so I can reproduce the tests on another environment.

If you have prior experience with blockchain testing utilities or have already built something similar, please let me know; otherwise outline how you would approach the simulation logic for the three chains.
